At DreamForm, we bridge the gap between digital artistry and physical form. Every piece in our collection is a testament to technical precision and aesthetic intent. To ensure the highest level of finish, we operate on a bespoke, made-to-order basis.

1. The Creation Process (Lead Times)

Unlike mass-market alternatives, DreamForm items are not stored in bulk. Each sculptural work is individually realised through our advanced additive manufacturing process upon your order.

  • Production Phase: Please allow 3 business days for your piece to be precision-printed, hand-inspected, and curated for dispatch.

  • Notification: You will receive a personal confirmation once your acquisition has transitioned from the digital studio to the physical world and is en route to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Tiers

We provide a delivery service that reflects the value and delicacy of our sculptural forms.

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all UK orders exceeding £50.

  • Standard Delivery: For orders below £50, a flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days via our tracked courier partners.

3. Structural Integrity & Damages

While our bio-polymers are engineered for durability, we recognise the intricate nature of complex geometries.

  • Our Guarantee: If your piece arrives with any structural compromise or transit damage, DreamForm will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Reporting: Please notify our studio within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the damage, so we may prioritise your replacement in our production queue.

4. Returns & Logistics

We invite you to select your pieces with care. Should you decide to return an item:

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the collector. We strongly recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during their return journey.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, premium packaging to protect its silhouette and surface texture.
